Age - Sage - Thrive: Being an Elder in the 21st Century, Part 2

TWO (2) Part Class on Wednesdays, March 5 & 12 with Rosemary Lohndorf

As we continue with our Sage-ing work, in this second class, we take what we have learned from life review and see where repair is needed. Repair and forgiveness are what move us forward into openheartedness as we age. We meet our Inner Elder and do exercises to heal the pains of the past. We also look ahead to facing our mortality and through more exercises, sharing and journaling we confront the fact that we are mortal and that we too, shall pass away. We look at some preparations we might need, and do our philosophical homework.
