Age - Sage - Thrive: Being an Elder in the 21st Century, Part 1

TWO (2) Part Class on Wednesdays, Jan 22 & 29 with Rosemary Lohndorf

In this first introduction to the work of conscious eldering, inspired by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi's book: From Age-ing to Sage-ing, we will learn what it means to be an elder of the tribe, different approaches to aging and the key concept of life review, a critical aspect of the Sage-ing work. By looking back over the landscape of our lives we can identify patterns and threads that have been important and see what needs our energy to move forward.
