Audrey Seidman, of New York’s Capital Region, is a Sage-ing® Mentor and a Spiritual Director, with an MA in Communications and a Certificate in Gerontology. Since 2016 Audrey has offered workshops, keynote addresses and panel presentations on conscious aging and cultivating a meaningful retirement for Yerusha, AARP, and many local organizations and congregations. 

Audrey retired in 2015 from careers in public relations and organization development, last serving as Manager, Employee Engagement Programs at the Office of the NYS Comptroller, where she facilitated programs to bring out the best in employees and the organization. Kayaking and contra dancing bring her joy.
